1. What time does the sale start?

Black Friday sale is scheduled to start on the 1st November at 7AM AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

2. What products are included?

The sale includes our entire range, sitewide, offering a range from 20% to 60% discount off all full priced items.

3. Do I need a discount code?

No, you don’t need a discount code. The price shown is already discounted. No code can be applied during Black Friday Sale.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We're committed to processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items promptly. Once an order is placed, we cannot change, add to, or cancel it. We appreciate your understanding and recommend double-checking your order details before finalising your purchase.

5. Can I change my address?

Once the items being shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change any addresses or order details. We advise you to check your order and address thoroughly before checking out to avoid any issue. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your is shipped.

6. Can I combine the sale discount with other offers or promotions?

No, the sale discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount code.

7. What happens if an item sells out before I check out?

Due to the limited availability and the high demand expected during the sale, items are not reserved until you complete the checkout process. We recommend checking out promptly to secure your preferred items.

8. It doesn't suit me, can I get a refund?

Items purchased on sale or during a promotion, include Black Friday Sale, are eligible only for return in exchange for Pliē Store Credit (valid for 3 years) or an exchange if the product is in stock.

9. When is free shipping applied to my order?

Free shipping is applied to the final amount after discounts have been applied and valid for shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

10. What happens if I forget to add the free product to my order?

If the free product was not added to your order, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement.

11. It doesn't fit well, can I exchange the product?

If you need to exchange an item, please be aware that exchanges depend on online availability. If the item you're exchanging is not in stock when we process your request, you'll be given a store credit with 3 years validity.
The value of an item is based on the amount you paid as shown on your invoice. If you're exchanging for a different item, the value of the new item will be based on its current online price at the time of the exchange. We cannot honor discounts from previous sales or promotions.
