I bought size M . I am 156cm and weigh 70kg. The Lift Body medium shorts are easy to get into and offer just the right amount of support. It gave me great shape and I would definitely recommend. The pee hole takes a bit of practice but after a few wears I have it worked out. I would definitely down size for greater support. Gives great lift and support.
Popped it in a lingerie bag and washed in normal wash cycle.
I’m a 14/16 and bought the Lift Slimming Bodysuit in XL. Love this new body suit fits better around my bottom area and very comfortable.

Actually using this garment as a compression garment after liposuction & this is way firmer than the one I was given from the hospital.
Tried on only, the second time feels so much better. I feel comfortable in it, although it does flatten the boobs a bit.

Have purchased a number of items, they all fit perfectly (bought my regular size). They’re comfortable, well made, good quality and they hold everything in without feeling tight and restricted. My clothes look and feel so much better when I’m wearing these under garments

I have worn a few different variations of high waisted undergarments over the years. These however are the best quality and most comfortable I have ever worn. I highly recommend. I have a hernia and am waiting for surgery in the new year. These shorts have given me confidence in wearing clothing that I have been avoiding recently.

I bought this Emana garment after seeing it on Fiona Faulkner. I’ve always hated shapewear as it digs in, rolls up, is hot, uncomfortable etc… I have tried every brand from the most expensive to cheapest, and every different cut/style there is… Hated all of them! I saw the Emana and liked the idea of it being a one-piece body suit, which I hadn’t tried before.
I’m 170cm tall, hourglass shape, 90kg, about 110cm around the bust (or cup size D to E, depending on the brand).
I followed the size guide and chose the XL in the Emana and it is the perfect size! Definitely do not size down thinking it will “hold you in” better, as it already does that very well at your correct size!
You have to sit down to slowly pull yourself into it and it feels quite firm at first, but give it 2 minutes and adjust all your bits and pieces into place, then you’ll find it just moulds to your body so beautifully. It even has enough support that you could go without a bra if you wanted to, and I’m a cup size D to E (depending on the brand) so that says a lot about how supportive it is!
I could comfortably sit, walk, talk, eat, breathe… And yes it has a generous opening at the crouch for bathroom breaks so you don’t have to take the whole bodysuit off!
Once you adjust your breasts into place and pull the leg holes down to where you’d like them to sit etc, there’s no rolling or digging or stretching… The garment just stays in place. If it doesn’t, I think you’ve selected the wrong size. Definitely follow the size guide, don’t go down or up a size, and email the brand if you need more guidance with help on your size. Luckily, the XL was the perfect choice for me.
I couldn’t believe how it smoothed out the areas I was self-conscious about (tummy, hips, thighs, butt)… I was suddenly so smooth and contoured all over! I tried on a few outfits and they all looked so much better!
Fabric is very high quality, it’s thick but not too thick that it’s hot and unbearable, and the nude colour is perfect for any garment to go over… I would say it is medium to high compression (in terms of shaping and contouring your body).
I really can’t fault it… Highly recommend! Very glad I purchased the Emana!

I'm size 14 and ordered the xl. Seems to be right. I'm yet to wear it but I think a slip is a good idea for the off the shoulder dress Ill be wearing at an upcoming wedding.

The one I already had was too firm and boned. It also only came to under my bra. This is lighter but still holds everything in and up..all the back and side fat. It gives a great all over smoothness. Best of all..I wore it under white unlined linen pants..you cant see it and it doesnt ride up. I cant pee with it on but thats more to do with me than the garment. I just undressed..easy! I'm going on a cruise soon and intend to wear it day and night.

I have purchased shapewear in the past from and assortment of companies, but this is the most comfortable item I have ever owned. Do yourself a favor and try Plie it is amazing and smooths out all of the menopause belly.
