I was quite hesitant to buy, but I knew I really wanted one. Thank goodness I did. I was so not disappointed. I purchased an XL. It fits so well. I've worked a physical 7 hour shift at work and it didn't roll up once. I felt secure in all the right places. No lumps/bumps were showing, a nice smooth tummy. The straps were super comfy. It's made of comfortable material. Super soft against my skin. I just love it. I need more.

I bought these after purchasing the emana body, which I was super pleased with. The leggings did not disappoint. I thought they would be good for under dresses with boots and they are great. They give you that lovely smooth firm silhouette. I am 5’6 weigh 53k and bought a medium. The leggings are opaque; so a nice solid black colour on the legs. The waist band pretty much came up to my bra and did not budge an inch during the 3 hours I wore them.

I recently tried the Emana Bodysuit, I was impressed that the information said, Size to your normal Body size, It’s all about smoothing some lines and being proud about your body, Great foundation wear is really hard to find… Needless to say I’ve brought 3 more suits and the high waisted pants as well! So... I'm 46, 5'6", 72kg, usually an AU size 14. With my measurements at B 101 (14C bra), W 88, H 108 - I fell right in the middle of the Large range in the size guide, so this is what I purchased. I would say that this was definitely the right size for me. Tight, but of course that's how it should be.
So, here's my thoughts - fantastic product that does exactly what I had hoped. If you expect it to work some kind of miracle, you will likely be disappointed. It's not going to magically reduce your weight by 20 kgs the moment you shimmy into it. Or reduce your dress size from 14-16 to 8-10. But if you're realistic in your expectations, you will definitely be pleased by what it DOES do!
For those of us who aren't fortunate in having our fat evenly distributed, instead having fat deposited in lumps and bumps - it definitely does help to smooth those out.
As another reviewer said - I am able to wear outfits that have long been shelved - simply because that smoothing effect has made me feel that I look a lot better in them! I wouldn't say that an outfit that didn't actually fit you, would fit with the shapewear. But an outfit that did fit, will fit better and look nicer, for sure! And you'll FEEL better in it - more confident! And that is what it's all about imo.
Bottom line - it smoothens, firms and reduces the jiggle of lumpy fat deposits and aging.
Getting into it is a bit of a challenge, but worth it. Probably not great for someone who has any kind of joint issues in their arms or shoulders, because it does take a bit of muscle! The wee opening is doable, just takes a bit of concentration and care. But may not be so easy for someone super curvaceous.
One thing I wish was improved is the way the back fat bulges out of the top of the body suit around the back of the underarm area... which you can see from the videos. Maybe a higher cut would help? But that certainly wouldn't stop me from wearing it!
Overall - love it! Very pleased with the results :)

I am really pleased with this product. I am 64 yrs 5’6” and weigh 52-53k. I ordered a size M. Although my weight has been stable for 10+ years, menopause and gravity have taken their toll. My body shape is no longer the same as it was in my fifties. The Emana gives me back that firm shape and my clothes sit beautifully ( no bra required). I am so glad I took the plunge, I just love that smooth silhouette. My next purchase will be the high waist tights to wear with winter dresses and boots.

I read all the reviews, and I still felt skeptical - because we all know what its like to swallow all the hype about something online, and then be disappointed with "the real thing". But this Emana Body from Plie is exactly what all the reviews tell you, for real. I got the size XL, and that was the bit I wasn't sure about - getting the right fit. But from what I read, don't buy "too small". So I'm about a 16, even heading towards a 14 in some things - but I bought the XL, and I am utterly delighted! I bought it specifically to wear to an event that I had last weekend, under a lovely dress that I wanted to make sure disguised any lumps or bumps. And that is what it did - I wore no bra underneath, even though I am a 16D bust. It was absolutely fine, the fabric is beautifully soft, yet holds you very firmly in place. I felt 100% comfortable all day (I literally wore it all day long), never gave it another thought once I put my dress on, I wasn't overheated in it, the fabric breathed really well. I felt supported, everything looked lovely and smooth and firm from the outside, and I was really happy! I will most definitely be getting the nude/beige coloured version soon, and happy to consider some of their other products too. Ladies, you can trust this review! I am definitely a very happy, satisfied customer on this item!

I have to admit I panicked a bit when I saw how small it was. Thought I had ordered too small.
Once I had worked out to step into it was better. Still thought it was too small.
On the second try I realised it was going to work.
I have been able to do the button up on my favourite jeans …it’s been awhile so that is a win.
Have also found the support in tired muscles is really good. Don’t want to take it off now.

I was excited to receive my Emana just before Christmas. When I opened the pack I thought no way. This will never fit. In the mirror it was half the width of my body.
