We post Monday to Friday and dispatch orders the next business day, except for new releases and sales that might take us a little bit longer.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Shipping time is an estimated 2-5 business days from dispatch, however, we cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times. Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller.

In case of rejected delivery due to the Customer error and the package is being returned to sender by Australia Post, we can do redelivery with additional shipping fee which is to be paid by the Customer.

In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Pliē can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Pliē can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.

Standard Shipping to USA is $15 USD via Australia Post. Express Shipping to USA is $25 USD via DHL Express.

We will then send you a pre-paid Australia Post label for you to print and attach to the return packaging.

All return item MUST BE: in its original packaging and condition with all tags intact, unworn and unwashed. It should be returned within 30-days of purchase. 

If you're eligible for refund, $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from every refund amount. Please note that original shipping fee and shipping protection are not refundable.

International Orders (including New Zealand) : As we cannot issue a pre-paid return label, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) would be at your expense and would not be reimbursed by Pliē Australia.

Both purchased product and the free gift product must be returned to be eligible for Refunds / Pliē Store Credit.

Simply return the unworn, unwashed products in its original condition including packaging, within 30-days with all tags intact.

REFUND POLICY

- Sale items and items on temporary promotion, and/or purchased with a discount code can be returned for PLIĒ Store Credit only.

- Full priced items can be returned for refund. $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from every refund amount. Please note that original shipping fee and shipping protection are not refundable.

- You are not elligible for refund if you just simply change your mind.

- Refunds can only be paid to the original payment method. Eg. Orders placed using Pliē Store Credit or Gift Vouchers can be returned for Pliē Store Credit only. 

-Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed. 

FAQS SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When you put in the order together, we will ship both ready-in-stock item(s) along with the pre-order item(s).

If you want the ready-in-stock order to be delivered first, please put it in a separate order.

We post Australia Wide via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. And you will get Australia Post notification to your email.

No, we don't allow local pickup.

Yes. If you changed your mind, simply return your Pliē product unused, tags on, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a PLIĒ store credit.

This applies to full-priced purchases only and the return postage will be at your expense. Your store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, which gives you plenty of time to fall in love with another Pliē product.

If you wish to cancel your order (before it has been fulfilled & shipped or an order awaiting a pre-order item) a $15 restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. (The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind). 

While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.

Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount and this is valid for 3 years.

In the rare instance that your parcel has been lost our Customer Service will assist you in contacting the Australia Post, after you file in your case to the Australia Post or New Zealand Post (For NZ Customers).

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on backorder and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.

Unfortunately these things can happen. Nobody’s perfect, right? Please send us a photo of your faulty Pliē product to hello@plieaustralia.com.au within 30 days of your purchase.

Once we’ve inspected your Pliē product and confirm it as faulty, you’ll receive the information on how to return the item to us together with your proof of purchase. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging and condition with all tags intact, unworn and unwashed.
