Shipping to New Zealand is $15 via DHL eCommerce, or FREE on orders above $200.

We post Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases and sales where it might take us a little bit longer.

Shipping time is an estimated 2-5 business days from dispatch, however we cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times. Please note, couriers are experiencing shipping delays due to current global circumstances.

To start a return, you can contact us at will then send you a pre-paid Australia post label for the return.

Simply return the unworn, unwashed product in the original condition including packaging, within 30-days with all tags attached. 

$10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount or PLIE store credit. 
Sale items and Full priced items on temporary promotion/purchased with a discount code can be returned for PLIE Store Credit only.
In case of rejected delivery due to an error caused by the Customer / Recipient, and the package is being Returned To Seller by Australia Post, we can do redelivery with additional shipping fee which is to be paid by the Customer / Recipient.

Machine wash cold for 30 minutes or under.
Dry under the shades. 


- Full priced items can be returned for a refund

- Refunds can only be paid to the original payment method 

- Orders placed using Plie Store Credit or Gift Vouchers can be returned for Plie Store Credit only 

-Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed. 


We post Australia Wide via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. And you will get Australia Post notification to your email.

Yes. If you change your mind, simply return your Plie product unused, tags on, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a PLIE store credit.

This applies to full-priced purchases only and the return postage will be at your expense. Your store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, which gives you plenty of time to fall in love with another Plie product.

If you wish to cancel your order (before it has been fulfilled & shipped or an order awaiting a pre-order item) a restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. (The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind). 

While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.

Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount and this is valid for 3 years.

Simply enter your discount code at checkout and click on “Apply”. Be sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code.

Please note that only one discount code is valid per order. A discount code cannot be combined with an additional discount code.

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on backorder and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Unfortunately these things can happen. Nobody’s perfect, right? Please send us a photo of your faulty Plie product to within 30 days of your purchase.

That’s when you’ll receive info on how to return the item to us together with your proof of purchase. Once we’ve inspected your Plie product and confirm it as faulty we will issue you with a replacement.
