To obtain the cosmetic benefits, it is necessary to wear a garment with Emana® for at least 6 hours a day for 30 consecutive days.

Care Instructions
Use a laundry bag to machine wash on a short cycle (up to 40 mins) on cold or at 40 degrees.
Dry in the shade. Never tumble dry.
Do not bleach.

Love these products, so comfortable

purchased the Emana body, size (L), after much deliberation, and absolutely love it. I love that it gives me extra warmth and also relieves my back pain due to the fantastic support! Not a big fan of the hygiene opening, so purchased the Control Slimming Bodysuit (size L) as it has the buttoning between the legs, much prefer this option but will go down a size next time.

Skeptical but pleasantly Surprised

I purchased the Emana Body Suit in XL. I was skeptical. When I opened the package, I thought OMG how am I going to get into this, but I was pleasantly surprised, with a little wriggling, it was just perfect. My only slight concern is the girls. I am a 16E full cup and they are just a little squished, but not to the point of poking out. I think going to the toilet will be a bit tricky, no1. will be ok, but I will never be able to do a no.2. I am very happy with my purchase and will defs wear under my dresses. When on I can see that it has taken a size off by body and smoothed it all over. Highly Recommend. The size guide is spot on.

Emana Body - Amazing Fit (size 14/L)

I recently purchased the Emana bodysuit to wear to a wedding. My usual size is a 14 to 16 (16E bust) and I ordered the large, which ended up being the perfect fit for me. It was firm, but so comfortable all day and into the night. I chose not to wear a bra and felt very supported the whole time. The legs did not ride up which was another positive. There were no signs of garment lines under my dress and it smoothed in all the right places, I'd highly recommend this item.

Best shapewear I have worn!

I originally order the XL suit based on measurements but had to return for the 2XL ( I’m a size 16-18). Plié were awesome to deal with and it was very easily swapped. Australia Post is pretty slow atm so if an express option is available and you want it quickly I would suggest that.
The Emana suit is such good quality, a real struggle to get on but once it’s on it’s so comfy and really holds everything in and gives you a smooth look. I did wear a bra with it as I have larger breasts. I was a little worried about using the toilet but it was super easy with the split in the crutch area.

I can’t believe how comfortable the Emana is yet it’s so supportive.

FAQs Emana® Body

Try to start wearing it while you're sitting down. From the legs, pull it up slowly until the shorts come up to your thigh area.

After that, you can stand up and pull it up over your bum, then wear the top side. Make sure your bum is in the pre-shaped butt area and your bust is in the pre-shaped bust area. Position your breasts like when you're wearing push up bra to give the bust lift effect.

It might be challenging at first to get over your thighs and hips. Once you've gotten used to it, you will find it easier to put on.

Emana® Body has an open gusset in the bottom of the garment. To use it, you can open it with two hands (three/ four fingers) from the front and back.

If you want to use the open gusset function, the use of knickers is not recommended.

Wearing bra is totally personal choice. This product has pre-shaped breasts area and if worn properly within the pre-shaped area, you can get the support and shape that you want.

Emana® Body has an open gusset for an easy toilet access without the need to strip off the whole bodysuit. If you want to use this function, wearing undies is not recommended.

Since Pliē originated and manufactured in Brazil, the sizing are in Portuguese.

P = Pequena = Small (S)

M = Média = Medium (M)

G = Grande = Large (L)

GG = Grande Grande = Extra Large (XL)

G1 = Extra Extra Large (2XL)

To serve its purpose as a shapewear, Pliē products have to compress into certain level. Emana Body gives moderate compression and although it seems small, as long as the sizing is correct, the fabric will stretch and follow your body curves.

We encourage Customers to try it on first before deciding on whether or not it doesn't fit.
